Dagens Crib : Tyler Perry’s 25 million dollar Atlanta mansion

Although Tyler Perry just listed his palatial Atlanta mansion for $25 million, there is no need to cry for him as he still has a $62 million estate, a $3.6 million chateau, and $7.6 million pied a terre — just in the state of Georgia. And from the looks of this particular 7 seven bedroom behemoth that just hit the market, I'm guessing the other properties are just as classy.

The entire property, which sits atop 17 acres of private land, was built in 2007 along the Chattahoochee River, and has been described as "the most compelling private residence to ever be offered to market in the history of Atlanta."
